Watchtower Trading was formed to do exactly that. We hold agency and distribution arrangements with overseas manufacturers, present their systems to the services and to government departments, and take responsibility for the whole chain from purchase order to handover.

A compliant technical and commercial offer, with specification sheets, compliance matrix, delivery schedule and demonstration where it helps the evaluation.
Import
On award we open the letter of credit, obtain export clearances, arrange freight and insurance, clear customs and present the consignment for inspection.
Handover
Installation and commissioning at site, operator and maintainer training, warranty administration and an agreed spares holding for the years that follow.
